With extensive experience working with First Responders, and with concerns such as trauma, crisis response, and loss, Jamie is highly sought after for her expertise in these areas.​ Jamie's commitment to her clients is reflected in her Diplomat status with the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and National Center for Crisis Management. ​ Jamie believes that everyone has a right to be heard and supported, and works tirelessly to promote connection and healing in her counselling sessions. ​ Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, kayaking, woodworking, and volunteering. She has an uncanny ability to create a safe and welcoming space for her clients, making them feel heard, understood, and supported. When she's not busy being a mom and business owner, Robyn enjoys running and cross-country skiing. Sarah is a Toronto-based student therapist with 10+ years of experience supporting adults navigating eating problems and body image concerns. Currently, she's training in Expressive Arts Therapy, a relational, humanistic, and intermodal approach to healing. She has also completed Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing® 3-year trauma resolution training program, deepening her ability to support nervous system regulation and trauma recovery.
