Jamie Knight
Registered Social Worker (AB #13441, SK #3710)
Jamie is a skilled, experienced, and passionate social worker who provides safe, ethical, trauma-informed counselling services that focus on promoting connection and healing. She is highly sought after for her expertise in First Responder populations, trauma, crisis response, and loss. Jamie has been granted Diplomat status with the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, and National Center for Crisis Management. Jamie's practice is based on the belief that all people have the right to be heard and supported.
She is a strong advocate for mental health awareness and education, and regularly speaks at events and workshops on the topic. In her downtime, Jamie can be found outdoors - hiking, kayaking, woodworking, and volunteering.

Kerri Lorenson
Associate Counsellor
Connection, embodiment, presence. These are just a few of the topics that Kerri Lorenson is passionate about. As a skilled counsellor, she has worked with clients from all walks of life to help them overcome challenges and improve their mental well-being. Kerri is able to provide empathy and understanding to her clients. She is also knowledgable about the latest research in the field of mental health, and is always exploring new ways to help her clients heal. In addition to her work as a counsellor, Kerri is also a certified yoga and intuitive yin teacher and meditation instructor. She believe in the power of embodiment and connection, and teaches her clients how to use these practices to reconnect with themselves and their surroundings. Kerri's ability to be present with her clients and meet them where they are at is one of the things that makes her a highly effective counsellor. Kerri has a special interest in adolescents, and family therapy. Kerri's time off is spent with her family, doing yoga, running, and reading next to the fire with her dog.

Robyn Anderson
Registered Social Worker (AB #11033)
Robyn is the newest addition to the Good Life Collective crew. Robyn has extensive experience as a Registered Social Worker, previously working across a variety of settings, mostly with children and youth. Robyn has specialized training in Play Therapy, which allows her to connect with kids in a fun and natural way. Robyn is also one of the kindest, most wise, intuitive people you will ever encounter. She brings such presence and warmth to every client she encounters. She is a busy mom, business owner, and enjoys running and cross country skiing in her free time.
