Jamie Knight

Rate: $180/session


Jamie is a skilled and passionate social worker who is dedicated to providing safe, ethical, and trauma-informed counseling services. With extensive experience working with First Responders, and with concerns such as trauma, crisis response, and loss, Jamie is highly sought after for her expertise in these areas.

Jamie's commitment to her clients is reflected in her Diplomat status with the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and National Center for Crisis Management. 

Jamie believes that everyone has a right to be heard and supported, and works tirelessly to promote connection and healing in her counselling sessions.  

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, kayaking, woodworking, and volunteering. Her commitment to helping others is evident both in her professional and personal life.

Kerri Lorenson

Kerri is a skilled and passionate counsellor who is dedicated to helping clients improve their mental well-being. Her passion for connection, embodiment, and presence is evident in her work with clients from all walks of life.

Kerri is able to consistently provide empathy and understanding to her clients, and her ability to meet them where they are at makes her a highly effective counsellor.

In addition to her work as a counsellor, Kerri is a certified yoga and intuitive yin teacher and meditation instructor. 

Kerri's special interest in adolescents and family therapy is a reflection of her commitment to helping families improve their relationships and overcome challenges together.

Kerri spends her free time with her family, doing yoga, running, and reading next to the fire with her sweet dog. Her dedication to self-care and mindfulness practices is a testament to her belief in the power of these practices to promote mental and emotional well-being.

Robyn Anderson

Registered Social Worker (AB #11033)

Robyn has years of experience as a Registered Social Worker, and has worked in a variety of settings and has a special affinity for children and youth. She is trained in Play Therapy, a powerful tool that enables her to connect with children in a fun, natural, and therapeutic way. Robyn is not only skilled, but also one of the most empathetic, intuitive, and kind-hearted individuals you'll ever meet. She has an uncanny ability to create a safe and welcoming space for her clients, making them feel heard, understood, and supported.


When she's not busy being a mom and business owner, Robyn enjoys running and cross-country skiing. She is a true gem, and we are lucky to have her on our team!
